On Sunday, August 7, we had our Annual Blessing of the Backpacks in both services. Students, teachers and administrators were invited to bring their backpacks to the altar for a time of prayer. We took time to pray for the new school year, the challenges they will face, as well as the Lord’s guidance for each of them.
If your family was unable to attend and you would like one of the backpack tags, you can stop by the church office to pick one up.
