This Week

We will celebrate Senior Sunday this Sunday, May 8. We have 4 high school graduates: Jenna Law, Katie Beth Brewer, Chase Walker, and Dane Hardin.
There will be a brunch in honor of graduates this Sunday, May 8, at 10am, in place of Sunday School. It’s potluck and all are invited to celebrate and share a meal together with the graduates. Contact Stephanie if you have any questions. We will not have Sunday School on May 8 so that we can celebrate with our graduates.

Coming Up
Join us for lunch this Thursday, May 5 at 12:00 p.m. for our next Joy Fellowship. We will meet in the Social Hall. Joy Fellowship is open to all adults in the church.

Ted will be leaving in May and will begin a new post at Mulberry Street UMC in Macon, in June. His last Sunday in the pulpit is May 15. Ted has been a blessing to our church for the past five years, and we wish him and his family all the best as they transition to Macon.
We will have a Farewell Party for him and his family on Thursday, May 12 at 6:00 p.m. It will be a potluck dinner in the Social Hall. The church will provide tea and lemonade. Please bring your favorite dishes to share as we enjoy this time of fellowship with the Goshorn family.

We will have a Bridal Shower for Mason Law on Sunday, May 15, 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. in the Social Hall

Mark your calendars for Vacation Bible School – July 18-22, 2022. If you’re interested in helping, contact Leigh Law.
